Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Mike Shillinger served in the United States Army from 1986-2006 as a Communications Officer. He served in a variety of leadership positions, Commander of the 551st Signal Battalion, the largest Signal Battalion in the Army. A combat veteran of both Afghanistan and Iraq, LTC Shillinger served with the US Army Special Operations Command in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2001-2004. He earned B.S.E.E. from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management in 1999. After retiring from the Army in 2006, Mike worked as a Systems Engineer with C&D’s Power Systems Division.

Brian Hughes has 29 years of work experience and possesses excellent finance, accounting and general management skills. Graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance. Hughes served as General Manager and Controller for Active Environmental Technologies Inc. He has also served as Controller for Cactus Integration Group in which he was involved in increasing revenue from $11 million to $52 million in two years.

Daniel Driscoll has over 40 years of engineering, construction and design-build experience. He has managed multi-million dollar projects with varying scopes including civil design, communication systems, power upgrades and major construction projects. Dan graduated from the US Military Academy (West Point), earned an MBA from St. Joseph's University and served in the US Army.
